NID focuses on developing and implementing new industrialization strategies. New industrialization is an industrial initiative that involves using innovation, advanced production technologies, smartification and gamification technologies to transform traditional manufacturing industries into efficient and sustainable operations. NID supports enterprises to develop new emerging sectors for accelerating economic growth. The division included 7 aspects of Technology Development, Industry 4.0+,  Advanced Industries Development & Industrial Engagement, Food Tech and Innovations. HealthTech and TCM and Technical Service Division.
