HKPC provides a comprehensive, 6-week Winter InnoTalent Programme for tertiary students with incredible on-the-job training opportunities and R&D experience. You will have unique exposure to our diverse business, FutureSkills workshops, field trips, job shadowing and innovation pitch to our senior executives.

APAS is dedicated to advancing cutting-edge technologies centered on automotive platforms and applications, with a particular emphasis on new energy and autonomous systems. The division encompasses four key areas: Intelligent Systems, Smart Mobility, Green Transportation, and Business Development and Commercialisation.

New Industrialisation Division

 

NID focuses on developing and implementing new industrialization strategies. New industrialization is an industrial initiative that involves using innovation, advanced production technologies, smartification and gamification technologies to transform traditional manufacturing industries into efficient and sustainable operations. NID supports enterprises to develop new emerging sectors for accelerating economic growth. The division included 4 aspects of Industry & Business Research, Industry 4.0+ & Advanced Industries Development & Industrial AI Application.

Green Living and Innovation Division

 

GID focuses on promoting sustainable living practices and driving innovation in the field of environmental sustainability. We have also been dedicated to promoting green technology and innovation development. The division included 4 key aspects of Bio-LifeTech Innovation and Testing, Green LivingTech, AquaTech and Research and Carbon and Environmental Excellence.

IFD focuses on supporting the growth and talent development for Corporates, SMEs, startups and schools. The division included 3 aspects of HKPC Academy for both Futureskills and TechEd trainings, SME ReachOut and SME One)

Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Division 

 

RAD is dedicated to the research and development of cutting-edge technologies in robotics and artificial intelligence (AI). The division encompasses three key areas: Intelligent Manufacturing and Automation, Innovative Artificial Intelligence, and Innovative Robotics Solutions.

Smart City Division 

 

 

SCD focuses on developing and implementing smart city solutions. Smart city solutions use technology and data to improve the quality of life for citizens, enhance sustainability, and drive economic growth. The division included 5 major aspects covering Smart Electronics , Smart Building Application  (e.g. BMS, BACnet, IoT, NB-IoT, Zigbee, LoRa) , Electronics Testing and Reliability, Green Transportation (e,g Hydrogen and other new energy vehicles)  and Smart Systems.

SMD focuses on developing and implementing smart manufacturing solutions involving four aspects: Non-Conventional Manufacturing Technology, Smart Industrial System and Composite Technology, Nano Material and Smart Processing Technology and Metals Technology and Industry Development

Materials Science and Textile Technology

Technology Funding Division 

 

TFD is responsible for overseeing the funding of various technology-related projects and initiatives. This includes managing the Recycling Fund, CM Development Fund, Cleaner Production Partnership Programme, and BUD Fund.

Business Development and Operational Excellence Unit

 

BOU is responsible for improving the overall performance of the Funding Scheme Branch, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of existing operations through process improvement initiatives and Quality Management. The team will also be responsible to explore new business opportunity for the Branch through digitalisation and marketing promotion.

Business Administration (Marketing/ Data Analytics)

Corporate Development Division

 

CDD is responsible for managing the organisation's growth and expansion strategies. The division comprises 3 key functions, they are Multimedia and Productions, Corporate Communications and Corporate Marketing

Journalism and communication/ Business Administration (Marketing)/ Digital media / Event Management / Public Relations and Advertising/ Language Studies

Funding Schemes Division

 

 

FSD provides secretariat services for funding schemes such as Technology Voucher Programme, Patent Application Grant, and Smart Traffic Fund. It plays a crucial role in implementing and promoting the schemes, processing funding applications, and providing support and guidance for potential applicants.

HFD is responsible for recruiting and hiring employees, managing employee benefits and compensation, encourage employee's professioanl growth, promoting employee's wellbeing, ensuring compliance with employment laws and enforcing health and safety regulations.  The division included different teams  including People Partnering and Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Culture, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS and Operations, Facility Management and Administration, Safety and Security.
