Job Description

What you'll do:
- Explore and drive new business opportunities in health care and medical initiatives in Hong Kong scenario, especially in AI applications
- Work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to establish roadmap, executive and commercialization plan in health care and medical initiatives
- Conduct R&D project work in designing, developing, and evaluating AI models for healthcare applications (e.g., digital health, medical devices), with regulatory analysis (e.g., FDA, EU MDR, ISO 13485) for medical technologies and pharmaceuticals
- Assist in organizing marketing and promotional events for business development
- Identify, secure, and manage government-funded R&D projects proposals (e.g., ITF)
You’ll be a good fit if you have
- Bachelor Degree or above with disciplines in Bioscience, Medicine, Medical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Possess a minimum 2 years of work experience in related field, i.e. experience in hospital, medical, or diagnostic R&D/consultancy, with a focus on AI/healthcare intersections (e.g., digital health, medical devices) in Hong Kong environment
- Proven track record in securing government-funded R&D projects (e.g., ITF) will be advantage
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, IVD-R, IEC 62304) – familiarity with HK markets will be advantage
