Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support in government and consultancy projects: assisting proposal preparation, conducting desktop research, internal SAP system tasks
  • Carry out seminars, study missions, workshops and exhibitions by providing event supports like assisting in procurement, speaker invitation follow-up, onsite management, handle enquiries, internal and external communication, logistic work and other adhoc duties when required
  • Support background research, trend analysis, news updates on the Health, Biotechnology, Medicine & Pharmaceutical industries
  • Provide clerical, secretarial, logistical support to the team, assist in coordinating internally and externally, keep record,  conduct quality check on the data/record/document etc
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments when required

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Bio Chem, Bio tech & management , Chinese Medicine, or  Health-related fields
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience and well organized with the capability to achieve multi-tasks goal
  • Good interpersonal, communication and logical thinking
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred

 

Note:

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
