Job Description

What you'll do:

  •  Design and develop machine learning/deep learning models for object detection, semantic/instance segmentation and recognition, computer vision, and LLM
  •  Take responsibility for all tasks, ranging from data collection to algorithm launch
  •  Ensure optimal algorithm performance
  •  Conduct research and exploration of state-of-the-art AI algorithms for industrial image processing and LLM
  •  Execute R&D tasks according to plans and complete projects on schedule, maintaining high standards for deliverables such as R&D work, project documents, technical reports and papers, patents, etc.
  •  Perform programming tasks
  •  Provide support for ad hoc projects and assignments when required

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  •  Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Computer Engineering, AI, Computer Science, Intelligent Systems, or Information Engineering
  •  Project experience in R&D related to machine vision inspection, image processing, deep learning, and related areas
  •  Hands-on programming skills in C++ and Python, as well as proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
  •  Experience with neural network quantization using TensorRT is a plus
  •  Experience with OpenCV and deep learning models, including CNN, RNN, Transformers, and YOLO, for object detection, segmentation, and classification
  •  Familiarity with using GitHub, Bitbucket, or Docker for project development is advantageous
  •  Additional programming experience in front-end or back-end development, or familiarity with other programming languages, is a plus
  •  Experience in developing industrial-grade software, preferably for robotic projects
  •  With excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate the efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal
  •  Demonstrate good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a sense of responsibility
  •  Passionate, self-motivation, and with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
