Job Description

What you'll do: 

  • Act as a talent acquisition partner with respective business divisions to provide professional and value-added talent acquisition services from sourcing, pre-screening, assessing candidates, job offering to onboarding arrangement to fulfil the business needs
  • Lead and advice on talent acquisition strategies through different social and professional networks to Hong Kong, Mainland China and Overseas
  • Perform regular review on recruitment related HR policies and procedures to ensure the practices are in conformance with the corporate requirements
  • Enhance and implement best practices to improve work efficiency and digitalise the recruitment process by adopting appropriate technology solutions
  • Provide regular resourcing reporting to management on different HR related metrics; Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are: 

  • Degree or above in Human Resources, Marketing Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 7 years of experience in sizable and multicultural corporations.  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Proven track record in managing people matters in high growth and matrix organisation
  • Ability to communicate with and influence key business stakeholders on different complex and difficult HR matters, able to identify and advise the solutions
  • High energy level to establish and maintain positive relationship with key business partners
