What you'll do:

  • Serve as an in-house consultant, supporting the Deputy Head of Corporate Governance in conducting management consultancy and advisory reviews for HKPC.
  • Provide practical recommendations, build consensus with relevant stakeholders, and spearhead the implementation of best practices across HKPC’s business divisions and funding scheme branch.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of corporate-wide compliance awareness training and activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of HKPC’s anti-corruption policy and programme, and measurement of governance-related KPI.
  • Participate in ad-hoc internal reviews, investigations and administrative support to the Compliance & Internal Audit Office as needed.

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are: 

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management consultancy/advisory, compliance, corporate governance, internal audit, project management or training delivery.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, communication and report writing skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Professional qualifications from relevant professional bodies e.g. CIA, CFE, CISA, HKICPA etc. are preferred but not essential.
