Job Description

What you'll do: 

  • Support CPO and Head to champion talent management and culture strategy to strengthen HKPC’s culture and enhance the people competency level to support business growth
  • Plan and execute various initiatives to nurture a new generation of innovation and technology talent
  • Assess the talent gaps and develop high-impact talent management programmes to build bench-strength and a sustainable talent pipeline
  • Coordinate with HR People Partners in talent identification and review, training and development, and succession management
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand the business needs and translate into learning solutions 
  • Assist CPO and Head to plan and execute different HR projects

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are: 

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent, preferably with professional qualifications in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 10 years or more working experience in which minimum 5 years relevant and hands-on experience in managing people development, talent management and organisation development programmes with proven track records
  • Experience in formulating and driving new HR strategies and plans, and a change advocate to drive innovation and entrepreneurship for employee learning and growth
  • Have proven experience in building employer branding and corporate culture
  • Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure, work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Senior HR management experience in technology organisations or research institutions preferred
  • Strong professional network with universities and professional organisations is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
