What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of our CRM system to ensure effective customer segmentation, lead generation, and personalized marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) across various digital platforms.
  • Utilize marketing data analytics to track campaign performance, customer insights, and ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Coordinate and execute events marketing strategies, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing, CRM, and digital platforms, and identify opportunities to leverage them for business growth.
  • Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar role in marketing, CRM, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in UI/UX principles and best practices, with the ability to translate requirements into effective digital experiences.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and experience in managing customer databases, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Proficiency in marketing data analytics, including the ability to analyze and interpret data, generate insights, and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful events marketing campaigns and managing event logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving marketing objectives.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered the role of Manager, Marketing and CRM
