Senior Manager, Industry Programmes

SME Funding Division

Job Duties:

  • Lead and manage large-scale Government funding programmes to enhance industry growth and technology development and application
  • Devise, implement and oversee the overall process of applications vetting, fund disbursement, project monitoring, and promotion to achieve effectiveness and quality assurance of programmes
  • Conduct insightful analysis of data and stakeholders’ views to identify and implement measures to achieve the expected performance level of programmes
  • Drive the digitisation of the programmes and implement measures to enhance the effectiveness of programmes
  • Lead and manage the development and provision of sustainability/ESG consulting services to industries
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement activities including public speaking in enhancing public understanding of the programmes and services
  • Conduct research, analyse and compile the market needs of local industries to identity new business opportunities
  • Manage consulting or training assignments to support the development of local industries
  • Lead and develop a strong team with high standards of performance and integrity


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above from disciplines such as business management, science, engineering, sustainability, environmental management, accounting, auditing, public administration, social science or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience preferably in auditing, sustainability management, project management, management consulting or public administration
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, project and client relationship management skills with visionary mindset
  • Good writing, presentation, planning & analysis, multi-tasking, problem solving, project management skills and detail minded
  • Mature, self-motivated and teamwork mindset to succeed in a team environment and deliver timely result for a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
