Job Description

What you'll do:
- Conduct design, development and evaluation for R&D project focused on adopting innovative materials delivery
- Provide consultancy services related to advanced material’s research and development
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in material science and technology, and propose innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced materials into product development
- Engage with R&D partners (universities, tech suppliers, clients, end-users, etc.) and conduct advanced material’s technology commercialization events (training, seminar, conference, exhibition, etc.)
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Performing other duties assigned by supervisor
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in materials research and development, with a focus on advanced materials
- Strong knowledge of material properties, characterization techniques, and processing methods
- Demonstrated ability to achieve project milestones and manage project budgets and resources
- Good team player with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, time management, a proactive attitude, and capability to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
