What you'll do:
- Serve as the overall Project Manager for large‑scale, complex digital and IT initiatives, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle from initiation to closure, covering infrastructure, information security, network, data centre, cloud, AI and software solutions.
- Lead the conceptualization, architecture design, and implementation of AI‑driven and digital transformation solutions, translating emerging technologies (AI, LLM, RAG, cloud platforms) into practical, secure and scalable business applications.
- Oversee multiple development projects and liaising with stakeholders, technical team, vendors and end-users.
- Develop, maintain, and govern comprehensive project documentation including project plans, design specifications, testing plans, risk and issue logs, change requests, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Support technical aspects of solutions, such as product and solution briefings, proposal preparations, supporting bid responses, proof-of-concept work, demo building and the coordination of supporting technical resources.
- Monitor project costs, resources arrangement, payment & project milestones, project status report preparation etc.
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/RFP.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities, gather user requirements and define scope of work, compile business proposal including but not limited to Statement of Work (SOW) and proposition (Function Specification).
- Identify and build new solutions with Unit Head and lead the GTM.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years’ relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in project management, solution leadership, or digital transformation roles, preferably in large enterprise environments or non-profit making sector.
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in:
- Application / mobile app development
- Cloud architecture and deployment (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS)
- AI and Large Language Model (LLM) deployment (both cloud‑based and on‑premises environments)
- CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and secure system deployment
- Good understanding of infrastructure, information security, network, data centre, and cloud environments within regulated or compliance‑driven industries.
- Solid background in consultancy, system integration, or software product vendors.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
- Self‑motivated, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and capable of working independently.
- PMP, AWS/Azure certifications preferred.
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
