• Identify new business opportunities for innovation in intelligent manufacturing with Robotics, Embodied AI, and emerging technologies, and develop strategies to bring these new technologies to market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, academic institutions, and the community.
• Manage the entire process of client engagement, from identifying potential clients and analyzing their needs to proposing solutions and executing agreements.
• Formulate and execute R&D strategies, leading team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Deliver projects successfully with excellent project management skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence with company standards.
• Collaborate with other divisions and government departments to ensure successful application and implementation of programs.
• Travel occasionally to mainland China or other countries to carry out projects.

• Holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Robotics, Computer Science and Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Having 10 or more years of working experience in manufacturing, Automation, AI, Robotics, or related solutions.
• Possessing strong project management skills, with experience in government-funded projects being an advantage.
• Demonstrating excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Possessing extensive industry or academic networks and resources.
• Having strong experience in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
