What you'll do:
- Lead the team to acquire new business in consultancy services for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), pharmaceutical medicine, Bio-tech industry and meet the financial and non-financial KPI
- Lead the team to implement consultancy services and government funded projects
- Define new initiatives to enhance the TCM, pharmaceutical medicine, and bio-tech industries
- Develop and implement services promotion strategy and plan to secure projects from industry and government funding
- Identify business opportunities, prepare project proposals and conduct technical presentations to clients
- Execute projects and oversee project management in accordance with corporate policies
- Build up and extend network with industry stakeholders for collaboration
- Manage team performance, develop technical know-how and competencies of the team
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree or above with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in the areas of Chinese medicine , pharmaceutical medicine, Bio-tech industry consultancy and industry support projects
- Good knowledge and experience in both registration and regulatory approval of pharmaceutical products, as well as development and implementation of quality management systems with GMP requirements
- Hands-on experience in consultancy and industry support programmes for traditional Chinese medicine industry
- Hand-on experience in different funding schemes in government is a definite advantage
- Good interpersonal, presentation, communication, negotiation, leadership and strategic planning skills
- Good relationships with the TCM, pharmaceutical medicine, Bio-tech industry and associations
- Self-initiative, able to lead team and work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
Note:

- This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.
