What you'll do:

• To lead the team in business acquisition efforts, driving the technology roadmap, and developing the business development capability of solution selling to clients
• To identify clients' needs, propose appropriate solutions, and drive the adoption of technology solutions through effective solution selling and business acquisition strategies
• To deliver professional services that align with the Division's strategy, achieving annual goals, financial targets, and assigned KPIs
• To enhance collaborations with industries, associations, professional bodies, and government bureaux, exploring new business opportunities and establishing a strong reputation and a healthy project pipeline
• To assist the Unit Head and General Manager in driving new initiatives, undertaking ad-hoc tasks, and collaborating closely with other team leads to accomplish the Division's goals
• To support project management and handle ad-hoc tasks when required, such as coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• To occasionally travel to mainland China or overseas for project-related activities and client engagements

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• A Bachelor's degree or above in disciplines such as AI, Computer Science, Automation, Intelligent Systems and Control, Mechatronics and Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, with 5 years or more relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of solid experience in technical solutions development and professional services.
• Preferably, hands-on experience in related project management and implementation.
• A nice-to-have strong business relationship with industries, R&D institutions, and/or government bureaux.
• An in-depth understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, Robotics, and AIoT
• A track record in team management, business development, and technology development related to integrated systems, innovative solutions, robotics, and automation, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution selling, understanding clients' needs, and proposing appropriate technology solutions to drive business acquisition.
• Demonstrated innovative thinking, maturity, self-motivation, willingness to take on challenges, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• To support project management and handle ad-hoc tasks when required, such as overseeing project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• To occasionally travel to mainland China or overseas for project-related activities, business meetings, and client negotiations
