Job Description

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze existing IT systems and processes to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions that improve system efficiency, performance, and reliability.
• Work closely with IT teams and vendors to identify and resolve system issues.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for system improvements.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a System Analyst or similar role with relevant programming languages, databases, and operating systems.
• Experience & familiar with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst, Systems and Digital Disbursement.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
