Senior Analyst, Cyber Security

Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Develop, test, implement and maintain internal systems of HKCERT (e.g. website and other web-based systems)
  • Act as a main contact point to resolve system issues between internal user and vendor
  • Conduct study project on emerging security trends, cyber attacks and defence methodologies
  • Promote cyber security awareness, including but not limited to issue timely alert of security risk, write security advisory on emerging cyber threat, deliver speak in seminars

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Solid experience in programming and scripting (e.g. Python, API, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL query)
  • Experience in server (e.g. Linux – Ubuntu, CentOS) and database administration (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Knowledge in information security is preferred (e.g. web application security, IoT, cyber-attack and defence, mobile, cloud security, etc.)
