Who are we: 

 

The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and the RWTH Aachen Campus from Germany join forces to establish the Hong Kong Industrial Artificial Intelligence & Robotics Centre (FLAIR). Located at the Hong Kong Science Park, FLAIR is part of AIR@InnoHK, which is one of the two world-class research clusters being established by InnoHK Clusters of the HKSAR Government, to support Hong Kong in developing into an international innovation & technology hub.

As the sole founder, HKPC will work together with RWTH Aachen Campus, the major collaborator of FLAIR, by bundling their strengths and repertoire of resources in technical expertise, networks, innovation and patents etc. to set up the FLAIR and support its operation.

 

Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the department
  • Assist in processing for systems as directed by management.
  • Assist in system approval procedures, including contract signing, onboarding logistics, documentation, interview coordination, and offboarding processes.
  • Build strong business partnership with internal stakeholders to provide guidance to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with company standard practice.
  • Prepare management reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and documentation, handling printing, scanning and document management.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and staff activities.
  • Handle and execute events (e.g. workshops, seminars, business meetings and large scale annual event) including registration, communication and logistics arrangement etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested


You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • A degree in Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fresh Graduate is also welcome
  • Substantial experience in system and supporting management executives and division operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
