Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Handle advisory meetings and enquiries on funding.
  • Support the supervisors to coordinate resources, both internal and external, to manage high-impact industry-wide programmes and projects to achieve the expected performance outcomes
  • Familiar with Hong Kong funding schemes is an advantage
  • Support the supervisors to organise marketing events and initiatives for the promotion and publicity of the programmes
  • Compile simple programme statistics, conduct analysis of programme data and stakeholders’ views to identify and implement measures, and prepare relevant reports & meeting materials to achieve the expected performance outcome
  • Assist supervisors on ad hoc projects as requested

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree or above from any discipline with 3 years relevant experience in advisory, marketing or customer services etc etc.
  • Knowledge of CRM and design software, e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, and video shooting, is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in managing different promotional channels
  • Multi-tasking with strong planning and organising skills

 

Note:

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
