Job Description

What you'll do:  

• Assist in the full cycle of marketing campaign planning and execution, including content creation, visual design, and logistics coordination.
• Support the operation and promotion of events, including topic development aligned with current SME challenges and market trends.
• Manage social media platforms and EDM (Email Direct Marketing), including content creation, visual design, and layout.
• Contribute to audience recruitment and engagement, with a focus on attracting and retaining SME clients.
• Support partner relationship development, including internal and external collaboration for joint marketing initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management team to support broader marketing and business development goals.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor degree or above from disciplines such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing Communications, Social Science, or equivalent
• 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing, public relations, or business administration.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to produce engaging visual and written content.
• Passion for supporting SMEs, with a proactive approach to staying updated on market trends and business challenges.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
