Job Description

What you'll do:
- Independently handle advisory services including hotline enquiries, consultations and sharing sessions to SMEs on government funding schemes
- Provide on-site support and promotion at outreach activities, including exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and roadshows etc
- Execute marketing and event logistics for outreach activities to ensure smooth operations and strong outcomes, including liaison, promotion, on-site logistics, procurement, and post-event follow-up
- Compile presentation materials, conduct data analysis, and perform case tracking to identify appropriate measures to meet market needs
- Assist with ad hoc tasks in support of the team’s objectives
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree or above from any discipline with at least 3 years relevant experiences in customer service, marketing, or event management
- Strong experience with government funding schemes and CRM knowledge are considered an advantage
- Customer-centric, with excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Passionate to serve Hong Kong enterprises and add value to the business community

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
