Job Description

What you'll do:

• Independently handle advisory services including hotline enquiries and consultations for SMEs on government funding schemes;
• On-site support and promotion at outreach activities include exhibitions, seminars, webinars, roadshows etc;
• Carry out event logistics and operation management for outreach activities to ensure smooth operation and achieve well performance (include business liaison, promotion, on-site logistics, procurement and post event follow up)
• Conduct data analysis and case tracking for identifying appropriate measures for the market needs and creating sales leads
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks supporting the objectives of the team

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor Degree or above from any discipline with 3 years relevant experiences in customer service, marketing, or project management
• Solid experience on Government funding schemes and knowledge of CRM are an advantage
• Customer-centric, with excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Passionate to serve Hong Kong enterprises and add value to the business community
