Job Description

What you'll do:
- Support external consultancy and R&D projects related to Generative AI applications
- Assist in developing internal AI tools and workflow automation solutions to enhance team productivity
- Conduct AI-related desktop research, data analysis, prompt engineering, testing, and validation
- Prepare technical reports, presentation materials, user guides, and documentation
- Support AI demonstrations, workshops, publicity, and promotional activities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for project implementation
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Year 2 or above full-time undergraduate students in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Strong interest in Generative AI, ChatGPT/Copilot, automation tools, and digital innovation
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g. Python, C/C++)
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Good command of English and Chinese
Note:
- Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.
- This is a position of Part-time internship programme of 6 months,working for 8-16 hours per week subject to work arrangement.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
