Job Description

What you'll do:
- Support the day-to-day operation of the INNO SPACE
- Assist in organizing TechEd STEAM training programmes, workshops, events, marketing campaigns, visitor activities and membership affairs
- Assist in all aspects of marketing activities (including seminars, exhibitions, online platforms etc.) and event logistics
- Assist in managing marketing database and developing content including social media posts, press releases etc.
- Assist in managing sizable events and small-scale webinar/ virtual event production
- Assist in managing video shooting, editing and post-production
- Perform other ad hoc duties when required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Student studying Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree / Bachelor from any discipline or equivalent in local universities/academic institutions
- Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing); other skills such as desktop design (A.I/ Photoshop/ Canva), video and photo editing, etc. will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (Good command of English and Putonghua), customer-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded and positive attitude
Note:
1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.
2. This is a position of Part-time internship programme of 1 months working for 8-16 hours per week subject to work arrangement.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
