Job Description

What you’ll do:
 

  • Handle design work of event and promotion materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Edit various types of videos, including training videos and social media videos, using software such as iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, FilmoraGo, and others.
  • Provide onsite event support, including event reception and registration, crowd control, photo shooting and capturing event highlights, and basic AV support.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as data input and desktop research.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

 

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
 

  • Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Marketing, Communications, or equivalent in local universities/academic institutions.
  • Excellent PC skills in Microsoft, Adobe, Canvas, Photoshop, Pixlr E and X, etc.
  • Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Experience in assisting with organising events and activities will be an advantage.
  • Experience in using Resolume Arena, Pixera, OBS Studio for AV operation will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team-work, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

 

 

Note:

1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.

2. This is a position of Part-time internship programme of 12 months working for 8-16 hours per week subject to work arrangement.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
