Job Description

What you'll do:
- Assist the team in planning, organising, and executing a variety of corporate events, exhibitions, and industry engagement activities, including visits and meet-up events. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, vendor management, as well as on-site and post-event support.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate events and engagement visits in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
- Assist in the preparation of official invitations, thank-you letters, event-related materials, and reports for corporate and industry engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling engagements, maintaining stakeholder databases, and compiling monthly visitor reports and analysis to support timely decision-making and smooth execution.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Student currently pursuing a Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Customer-focused with strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organised, energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure while managing multiple tasks independently.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in AI tools and Generative AI skills is preferred

- This is a position of Part-time internship programme of 12 months,working for 8-16 hours per week subject to work arrangement.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
