Job Description

What you'll do:
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of the unit, covering both financial and non-financial aspects.
- Support to Unit Head in maintaining and updating internal records, reports, communication channels & systems and analysing financial data to ensure clarity, transparency and information flow within the team.
- Provide administrative support to project managers in planning, execution and monitoring of various projects.
- Assist in organizing and delivering events and training programs, including marketing, logistics, documentation preparation, handling inquiries and on-site support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients to ensure efficient resource allocation and support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
You'll be a good fit if you have/ are:
- A degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or support experience, preferably in a professional or project-driven setting.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, SAP), and capable of data entry, analysis, and report preparation.

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
