Job Description

What you'll do:

• Provide end-to-end support to the development and management of public and in-company digital training programs (including procurement, prepare promotional materials, database management, post-evaluation , etc.).
• Manage for portal content updates; contribute to new features development.
• Reach out to digital domain experts and industry stakeholders to initiate digital training programs across sectors.
• Support manager to work on various initiatives and projects aimed at improving digital capabilities of SMEs or enterprises  Assist in ad-hoc tasks where necessary.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor Degree or above from any disciplines with 2 years' relevant experience in training/event management, website management, etc.
• Multi-tasking with strong planning and organizing skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer service attitude and mindset.
• Proficient in MS offices and Chinese word processing.
• Experience with ChatGPT or other similar applications is a plus.
