Job Description

What you'll do:
- Own employee engagement & culture programs: plan, organize, and coordinate initiatives that strengthen culture and enhance employee experience
- Partner with internal stakeholders: collaborate with different teams to deliver staff activities and people-focused initiatives
- Support talent management & training programs: manage execution and documentation support for talent management and training programs (e.g. programme administration, coordination, scheduling support)
- Manage data & records: maintain databases, analyse and support reporting on talent, training, culture, and engagement to track effectiveness and trends
- Create engaging internal content: develop internal communication materials (e.g. presentation, video editing, eDM) that build connection and energy
- Support employer branding initiatives: contribute to initiatives that enhance HKPC’s image as an employer of choice
- Stay ahead of industry trends: keep an eye on the latest trends in engagement, culture building, learning & development, and employer branding—and suggest ways to applications
- Other HR ad-hoc projects: assist with other HR initiatives as required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration , Marketing or related disciplines
- 2 years’ experience in employee engagement and culture development essential
- Hands-on experiences in staff activities organizing
- Strong interest in corporate culture planning and promotion preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task and think creatively
- Responsible, self-motivated, organized and good team player
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience andability to apply Generative AI tools intheir work, will be preferred

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
