Job Description

What you'll do: 

• To provide marketing and logistics support for technology consultancy and R&D projects on IoT, XR, AI, and automation technologies and systems including brochures preparation, award applications, etc.;
• To organize, coordinate, and promote conferences, seminars, public training, overseas study missions, in-company training, and other technology dissemination and transfer events and programs;
• To assist in the formulation of government proposals for technology promotion, transfer, and dissemination;
• To provide technical, procurement, and administration support for government R&D and technology consultancy projects on IoT, XR, AI, and automation; and
• To Support ad hoc assignments when required.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are: 

• Master/Bachelor degree in engineering, science, marketing, or other related discipline;
• At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in marketing, event management or IoT, automation, XR, AI-related engineering;
• Experience in organizing exhibitions, training, or seminars is preferable; 
• Good presentation, communication, inter-personal skills; project management and time management skills 
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, Command of 4th language such as German or Japanese is an advantage; 
• Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge in Solidworks and SAP would be an advantage
