Job Description

What you'll do:
- Manage the full project lifecycle for robotics or intelligent system-related projects, from initiation to completion
- Draft and coordinate technical proposals for R&D, and client-facing solution documents
- Work closely with R&D, design, and supply chain teams to align technical implementation with project goals
- Monitor project risks, budgets, and milestones, and report to senior management with timely updates
- Gather and analyze user and market requirements and translate them into actionable project scopes
- Master’s degree or above in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or other related technical fields
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, with hands-on background in robotics, embedded systems, or automation preferred
- Familiarity with robotics system architecture and development
- Experience in writing structured proposals for R&D or public funding applications
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills; capable of bridging technical and business teams

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
