Job Description

What you'll do:

• Take ownership and responsibility for implementing the feasibility study, ensuring its successful execution, and effectively mapping out the development plan for robotics and AI.
• Proactively coordinate and collaborate with the R&D team, clients, vendors, solution partners, or suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of events, exhibitions, seminars, forums, and other collaborative initiatives.
• Skillfully organize and deliver a wide range of promotional activities, including study missions, workshops, technical seminars, training courses, and more, to generate maximum engagement and impact.
• Efficiently organize and meticulously manage both regular and ad hoc content updates across multiple online platforms, including the website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WeChat, to maintain a strong online presence and effectively communicate project updates.
• Provide comprehensive support to project management, actively contributing to project planning, execution, and monitoring, and adeptly handle ad-hoc tasks as they arise, ensuring smooth project operations.
• Embrace occasional travel opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to mainland China or other destinations, to foster meaningful collaborations and represent the organization at key events.
• Support ad hoc tasks as assigned.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• A Bachelor's Degree holder with a solid background of 2 years or more in marketing, communications, or related disciplines, showcasing your expertise and experience in the field.
• Relevant experience in government project implementation, logistics, or the manufacturing industry would be highly beneficial, allowing you to bring valuable insights and industry knowledge to the role.
• Possess excellent writing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively convey ideas, engage stakeholders, and build strong relationships.
• Display a mature and self-motivated mindset, taking the initiative to drive projects forward while also thriving in a collaborative team environment, actively contributing to the collective success.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer, Project Management.
