Job Description

What you will do:

• End-to-End procurement management on purchase categories/projects assigned
• Early involvement with internal clients/users to define purchase requirements
• Overall procurement partner for categories/projects assigned including but not limited to supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, award preparation, performance monitoring and risk mitigation
• Overall procurement partner for internal clients/users for supply recommendation and facilitating compliance with corporate policies
• Assist to conduct initial supply market landscaping and cultivate supply leverage for the best interest of the council
• Assist supervisor in preparing reports and analysis
• Perform any projects/duties as assigned

You will be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor's degree from any disciplines preferably in Supply Chain Management / Computer Science / Engineering / Science
• 1-2 years relevant working experience is preferred
• High integrity, a good understanding of corporate governance and compliance are required
• Experience in using SAP Materials Management Module is preferred
• Can-do attitude, team player and willing to learn
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
