Job Description

What you will do:
- End-to-End procurement management on purchase categories/projects assigned
- Early involvement with internal clients/users to define purchase requirements
- Overall procurement partner for categories/projects assigned including but not limited to supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, award preparation, performance monitoring and risk mitigation
- Overall procurement partner for internal clients/users for supply recommendation and facilitating compliance with corporate policies
- Assist to conduct initial supply market landscaping and cultivate supply leverage for the best interest of the council
- Assist supervisor in preparing reports and analysis
- Perform any projects/duties as assigned
You will be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor's degree from any disciplines preferably in Supply Chain Management / Computer Science / Engineering / Science
- 1-2 years relevant working experience is preferred
- High integrity, a good understanding of corporate governance and compliance are required
- Experience in using SAP Materials Management Module is preferred
- Can-do attitude, team player and willing to learn
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
