Job Description

What you'll do:
- Work with team to develop and implement promotion activities and training programs
- Initiate effective promotion strategies to achieve the yearly target
- Support project manager in communicating and liaison with internal and external parties
- Develop marketing communication materials including poster, leaflet, booklets
- Support the project management and ad hoc tasks when required
- Travel to Chinese Mainland or overseas for on-site project work occasionally
- Working at weekend is required when necessary
- Assist supervisors on ad hoc projects as requested
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree/Master Degree from any disciplines
- Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience of event management and funding scheme an advantage
- Working experience in technology promotion and funding scheme promotion is preferable
- Good interpersonal, presentation, communication and analytics skills
- Mature, multi-tasking, and able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties
- Strategic thinking mind-set, innovative, dynamic and a great team player
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and Wordpress

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
