Job Description

 What you'll do:

• Plan, organize and promote business events related to New Industrialisation, Industry 4.0, novel technologies, including seminar, conference, study mission and training, etc.
• Support project implementation and administrative tasks of government funded projects and consultancy projects. Apply/submit/manage for government training funds (ie. RTTP, EMF)
• Handle public enquiries and perform pre-sales role for consultancy and in-company training services.
• Liaise with unit heads and staff members on the unit operations and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standard practices.
• Liaise with external partners (include overseas organizations, research center local and mainland associations) in exploring business development and collaboration opportunies.
• Perform any projects/duties as assigned and ad-hoc tasks when required. Travelling outside Hong Kong and working during the weekend is required.

 You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Engineering or related disciplines or equivalent.
• Experience on consultancy, event management or training organizer and any new business development.
• Mature personality with self-discipline, able to handle multi-tasks and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good planning and organization skills, detail-minded and able to work under pressure. Strong analytical, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and popular mobile social media app
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Command of 4th language such as German or Japanese will be an advantage.
