Job Description

What you'll do:

 

  • Manage sizable events, implement event plans and concepts, including physical and live-streaming
  • Take charge of venue AV equipment / system operation (e.g. video display system, LED walls, audio system, projectors, cabling, etc.)
  • Take charge of small scale webinar / virtual event production and process real-time video streams (e.g. via OBS, Facebook, YouTube, Zoom webinar, MS Teams webinar); set up studio for livestream events and programs and communicate with clients and speakers regarding events and webinars arrangement
  • Manage video shooting, editing and post-production (e.g. design program subtitles, inserting graphics, photos) as well as managing the video and photos library
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
  • Shift duty may be required (after office hours, Saturdays or Public holidays)
     

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Higher diploma or above in Multimedia Design / Creative Media / Digital Media with minimum 2 years of relevant webinar / virtual event / video production experience
  • Process of multimedia design and AV equipment knowledge is preferred
  • Proficient in broadcasting and livestream software (includes but not limited to OBS, NDI and Wirecast) as well as multimedia software (includes but not limited to Premiere, After Effect and good knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Good team player with excellent communication, problem-solving mindset and customer services skills
