Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Assist in proposal vetting and document verification of funding applications for technology-related government funding programmes
  • Monitor progress of funded projects and update supervisor regularly
  • Communicate with applicants and other stakeholders to achieve the desired programme objectives
  • Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports, support marketing activities and new projects as assigned

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/ Electronic/ Information Engineering, Mechatronics, or any Science and Engineering related discipline
  • 1 year's working experience preferably in project management, project consultancy, technology-related industry and government funding related project
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking, highly attentive to details, able to work independently and under pressure and passionate in new technology development
  • Good command of English and Cantonese

 

Note:

1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal upon contract expiry.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
