Job Description

What you'll do:
- Assist proposal vetting, technical advisory and document verification of funding application
- Proactively communicate with external parties, including applicants and other stakeholders
- Keep track of project progress and give regular updates to supervisor
- Prepare data analysis and statistical reports
- Conduct hands-on tasks including document preparation, document verification and assist in technical assessment
- Support ad hoc tasks when required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor, Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, Public Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/ Electronic/ Information Engineering, Mechatronics, or any Science and Engineering related discipline
- 1 year's working experience preferably in project management, project consultancy, technology-related industry and government funding related project
- Experience in liaising with government bodies would definitely be a plus
- Self-motivated, multi-tasking, highly attentive to details, able to work independently and under pressure and passionate in new technology development
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command of English and Chinese

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal upon contract expiry.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
