Job Description

What you'll do: 

• Assist in the planning, prospection, and execution of overseas and Hong Kong training programs, study missions, and professional development initiatives for enterprises and government officials from Mainland.
• Assist in organisation, coordination and follow up of international conference, seminars and workshops.
• Assist in event management for showcase or pavilions in grand exhibitions in HK, Mainland China and overseas.
• Assist in formulation of government proposals for industry and professionals upgrading and promotion.
• Assist in marketing and engaging potential clients.
• Provide project coordination, including budget control, vendor management, and administrative support, etc.
• Perform other ad hoc duties when required

You'll be a good fit if you have/are: 

• A bachelor’s degree holder or above from any disciplines or equivalent with 1 year work experience in cross border project coordination
• Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing); other skills such as desktop design (A.I./ Photoshop/ Canva), video and photo editing, etc. will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently and meet challenging deadlines
• Strong communication skills (Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua), customer-oriented, self-motivated and detail-minded
