Job Description

What you’ll do: 

• Provide customer, administrative, operation and promotion support to public trainings, corporate trainings, and youth projects
• Liaise with different internal and external parties (such as participants, vendors, external speakers) for service delivery
•  Assist in organizing training programmes, workshops, marketing campaigns, competitions and visitor activities
• Conduct market research to gain insights and maintain competitiveness
• Provide support to ad-hoc projects

You'll be a good fit if you have/are: 

• Bachelor degree holder or above from any disciplines or equivalent in universities/ academic institutions
• Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing); other skills such as desktop design (Canva) will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (Good command of English and Putonghua), customer-oriented, self-motivated and detail-minded
