Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Perform general accounting functions such as preparation of journal vouchers, accounts payable, cash advance and petty cash maintenance

  • Assist supervisors in month end closing and prepare monthly audit schedules with internal auditor and the external auditors
  • Maintain accurate full set of accounts for subsidiaries
  • Perform budget checking OPEX, CAPEX and negative cash flow validation and liaise with divisions to resolve open issues
  • Oversee physical control on fixed assets, including monitoring of physical stock take according to defined schedules and guidelines
  • Support finance digitalization projects
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments when required


You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines with 3 years of solid experience in finance and accounting duties or tertiary studies with substantial relevant experience
  • Strong sense of accountability and sensitivity to confidentiality of information
  • Hands-on experience on SAP is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of English
