Officer, Fixed Asset Management and General Accounting

Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Maintain physical control on fixed assets. Ensure timely and accurate affixing of barcode labels on fixed assets. Perform physical stock take according to defined schedules and guidelines.

  • Ensure accurate and timely update of asset master and inventory record. Ensure accurate and timely transaction in ERP on fixed assets movement and disposal.

  • Support the implementation of Asset Tracking Automation and development of Standard Operation Procedures.

  • Perform general accounting functions.

  • Assist supervisors in month end closing and prepare monthly audit schedules.

  • Perform Budget Validation 

  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments when required


You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines, or tertiary studies with substantial relevant experience

  • Strong sense of accountability and sensitivity to confidentiality of information 

  • Hands-on experience on SAP is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
