Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Assist project manager in project coordination and administration such as budget planning, operation, implementation, preparing reports
  • Handle project management systems, i.e. SAP, project creation, preparing requests, purchase order and project closing etc.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the project team in compliance with HKPC’s standard practices
  • Support various types of event activities such as conferences, seminars, webinars, workshops and trainings
  • Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or Diploma/High Diploma with 2 years of working experiences.
  • Preferable have working experience in administrative duties or project management
  • Hands-on experience with SAP system, proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask, meet tight timelines, organize, strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Have passion for new technology development
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
