Job Description

What you'll do:
- Support project work for the Government funding programme that encourages enterprises to implement projects to enhance branding, upgrading and business activities in the Mainland and other economies with which Hong Kong has signed Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and/or Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements (IPPAs).
- Support initial assessment of reports
- Prepare / consolidate progress and final reports from the grantees for funding disbursement
- Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports, support marketing activities and new projects as assigned
- Occasional travel for performing on-site checking of funded projects required
You will be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree from Accounting / Finance / Global Business / Statistics / Management Information System or equivalent
- At least 2 year’s work experience preferred
- Experience in accounting, trading, auditing, procurement, customer services, shipping or handling / supporting Government funded projects preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
