Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Support research and develop business strategies, methodologies, and solutions for cybersecurity services;
  • Assist to manage and deliver cybersecurity service projects; and
  • Assist in operation of a client-oriented cybersecurity service team.

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • A degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline;
  • 1 year above of relevant hands-on experience in cybersecurity consulting project, such as security risk assessment and compliance audit, either in-house or consultancy background; and
  • Certified or possess professional accreditations in cybersecurity is advantage (CISSP, CISP, OSCP, or equivalent certifications).
  • Demonstrated expertise in any of the following areas of cybersecurity is an advantage: Cloud, DevSecOps, Critical infrastructure, Data privacy, Defensive/Offensive security, IoT, Application Development, etc.
  • Good communication and confident, fast learning.
  • Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred

2.This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the position when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
