Job Description

What you'll do:

• Provide project management support to the team, including but not limited to project planning, work timeline scheduling, report/presentation generation, administration and documentation
• Prepare relevant market intelligence reporting and analysis to facilitate decisions in a timely manner
• Assist team to develop marketing materials and implement relevant events in collaboration with internal divisions and units
• Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders
• Assist team to collaborate with internal divisions and external organisations to ensure projects and programmes are implemented efficiently and effectively with quality under tight timelines
• Assist team to handle inquiries and liaise with clients and stakeholders through HKPC’s touch points

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Communications, Business Administration, Marketing and Translation or equivalent
• Exceptional writing skills with experience in technical writing, editing, and proofreading
• Well organised, energetic, detail-minded and able to work under pressure and handle a variety of assignments independently
• 2 years or more relevant experience in event & project management or administration  an advantage
• Customer-oriented, with good communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
