Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Assist in planning and executing events and exhibitions, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site support, while collaborating with various divisions to tailor support to their event requirements.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape, generating insightful reports and analysis to inform strategies.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as event venues, suppliers, and industry stakeholders, to enhance event execution and collaboration.

  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, while monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative marketing efforts, and support the team with administrative tasks, including budget management and document preparation.

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2 years or more relevant experience in events, exhibitions, and project management would be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to generate market reports and analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effectively presenting findings and recommendations.

  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and project management tools.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative solutions and ideas, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
