Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Assist in planning and executing events and exhibitions, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site support.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, and generate insightful reports and analysis.
  • Collaborate with different divisions within the company to understand their event requirements and provide support tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as event venues, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the marketing team remains innovative and competitive.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks, including budget management, scheduling, and document preparation.

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event management, preferably within a marketing or related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to generate market reports and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative solutions and ideas, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
