Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Support team to plan, organise and implement industry engagement related activities with a view to promote HKPC’s services to key stakeholders

  • Be the Ambassador of HKPC to host visits and guided tours

  • Collaborate with internal divisions and external organisations to ensure visitors programmes and projects are implemented efficiently and effectively with quality under tight timelines

  • Develop marketing materials and implement relevant events in collaboration with internal divisions and units

  • Support holistic project management plan for specific projects to optimise relevant business metrics

  • Support relevant market intelligence reporting and analysis to facilitate decisions in a timely manner

  • Handle inquiries and liaise with clients and stakeholders through HKPC’s touch points

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or equivalent

  • 2 years or more relevant experience in event management or marketing is an advantage

  • Customer-oriented, with good communications, interpersonal, excellent presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, willing to work outside office hours

  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is preferred

 

Note:

1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.

2. This is a temporary position for a period of 12 months.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  

 

The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
