Job Description

What you'll do:
- Support the Manager in planning and executing flagship corporate projects, including industry engagement events, tech and services exhibitions, thought-leadership conferences, success case promotions, and networking/ceremonial activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of initiatives aligned with performance targets.
- Support the preparation of official invitation letters, marketing communications, and related materials
- Help build and strengthen strategic networks with local, GBA, and global organisations to enhance HKPC’s visibility, partnerships, and thought leadership.
- Assist in managing the Project Satisfaction Poll daily, generating accurate monthly customer satisfaction reports and market intelligence insights to support decision-making.
- Provide administrative and operational support for division-wide projects as assigned.
- Handle inquiries and liaise with clients and stakeholders through HKPC’s touch points
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to think analytically and creatively under pressure. Willing to meet tight deadlines and work outside office hours as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Suitable candidates may be considered for other roles within the organization if they do not fully match the requirements of this position.
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
